civiltà si sono succedute a partire da seimila anni addietro,
come testimoniano gli importantissimi reperti custoditi
nel Museo archeologico, il più importante del Mediterraneo.

Meligunis is a result of an attentive and skilful
restoration of an elegant seventeenth century villa.It
is an exclusive hotel, full of charm, and very close to
the hydrofoil port and the tiny town square of Marina
Corta , its 32 rooms (fully serviced) are equipped with
the most modern comforts and facilities. The reception
desk service is available, night and day, so as to offer
a pleasant stay to clients, and the staff are only too
happy to suggest and organise some naturalistic and historical
itineraries. The rooftop terrace of the Hotel, where the
excellent typical Aeolian restaurant is located, as well
as the swimming pool, has a stunning view of the sea and
the surrounding mountains, and the monumental fortress
of the "castello". A shuttle bus service runs between
the Hotel and the beach of Canneto, only four kilometres
away, where one can rent sun chairs and umbrellas. |

im historischen Zentrum von Lipari, umgeben von kleinen

Rezeption ist des weiten gerne bereit fuer unsere Gaeste
Ausfluege in die Natur und Ausfluege basierend auf geschichtlcihen
Ereignissen vorzuschlagen und zu organisiern. Die Terrassen
des Hotels, wo sich ein optimales Restaurant mit typischer
aeolianischer Kueche befindet, gegenueber der maechtigen
Mauern des Castellos, das einst die antike "Civitas",
in der sich die Bevoelkerung vor
mehr als 6000 Jahren
ansiedelte, beinhaltet. Auch das bedeutenste archologische
Museum des Mittelmeerraumes, mit grandiosen Funden, befindet
sich dort. Ein Bus-Shuttle verbindet das Hotel
mit den
Straenden in Canneto, 4km von Lipari-Zentrum entfernt,
wo man Strandliegen
und Sonnenschirme mieten kann. |
