E' posizionata su un verde e tranquillo promontorio ad una distanza di circa 4 km dal paese ; dai terrazzi e dal giardino, si gode un panorama incantevole: il mare, l'abitato di Lipari con la sua acropoli, l'isola di Stromboli, gli isolotti di Panarea etc. Ogni abitazione di Villa Hermes è composta da una camera da letto matrimoniale con aria condizionata, soggiorno con divano letto largo mt. 1,40 e cucina (microonde, 4 fuochi, frigo-freezer) wc con doccia, ingresso-disimpegno, due terrazzi con loggiato e parcheggio privato gratuito. Gli ambienti, accuratamente arredati e dotati di televisore e tutto l'occorrente per creare un ambiente familiare, fanno di Villa Hermes il luogo ideale dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze. La zona notte è provvista di impianto di climatizzazione.
Villa Hermes is a complex of 6 independent holiday apartments in Eolian style in the midst of a green garden of brooms, olive and citrus trees and typical plants of the maquis. Villa Hermes is placed on a green and nice promontory, about 4 km from the village ; from the terraces with loggia and the garden you have a wonderful sight : the sea, Lipari town, its acropolis, the Stromboli Island, the little Islands of Panarea etc..Each apartment consists of a double bed room with air conditioning, living room with one sofa bed meters 1.40 and the kitchen (microwave oven, 4 cookers, refrigerator-freezer), bathroom with shower and WC, access room/entrance and two terraces with loggia and a private parking space free of charge.The rooms, which are accurately furnished and equipped with television and all that is needed to create a homely atmosphere, make Villa Hermes to an ideal place where to have a vacation. The bedrooms are provided with air-conditioning.
Villa Hermes ist eine Anlage einzeln stehender 6 Fereinhäuser äolischen Baustils inmitten eines grünen Gartens voller Ginster, Olivenbäumen und Zitrusfrüchten sowie typischen Pflanzen der mediterranen Macchia. Villa Hermes befindet sich auf einem grünen und ruhig gelegenen Vorgebirge, in ca.4 km vom Dorf entfernt. Von den Terrassen und dem Garten aus genießt man ein zauberhaftes Panorama: das Meer, die OrtschaftLipari mit ihrer Akropolis, die Insel Stromboli, die Eilande von Panarea, usw.. Jede Wohnung besteht aus einem Doppelbettzimmer mit Klimaanlage, Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch (Meter 1,40) und Küchenbereich (Mikrowelle, Herd mit 4 Kochplatten, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), Bad mit Dusche und WC, Vorraum-Eingang, zwei überdachten Terrassen und einem kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz. Die sorgfältig eingerichteten Räume, die mit Fernseher und all dem ausgestattet sind, was eine familiäre Atmosphäre schafft, machen Villa Hermes zu dem idealen Ort Ihres Feriaufenthaltes. Die Schlafräume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.
